Sound Recordist
From pre-production, though to the editing process at post production, I record sound for creative and promotional projects using my professional grade audio equipment for the highest quality sound.
Some sounds cannot be easily reproduced though sound design or Foley and therefore only going out into the field to capture mono, stereo, binaural and ambisonic recordings will create the rich, textured effect which elevates a production to the professional level. Capturing ambient sounds provides the foundation on which the other sounds can be built.
Sound Designer - Sound Editor - Audio Repair
Creating sounds and sound effects from scratch allows me to enhance and elevate the basic recorded sound on a film project, adding depth, texture and emotion to the finished film.
Also having an arsenal of software dedicated for the use of audio repair and a love for a good challenge. I have you covered for those times when the worst has happened to those once in a moment recordings.

Creativity is imperative for high quality sound design, and my work as a Foley artist allows me to explore the art of creating sound effects for film and radio, by experimenting with the way different objects can be used to create sound effects.

Working with school and community organisations I run sound and film workshops, helping to inspire and nurture a love of the creative arts and media and allowing a new generation to find their voice though sound and introducing children and young people to the various disciplines of sound production, such as Foley.
